By purchasing this ticket, the Guest ("Ticket Holder") acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: Ticket Holder understands that the Shadow Market is an immersive event featuring unique vendors, art, and potentially crowded environments. Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to attendance, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. Release of Liability: Ticket Holder hereby releases, waives, and discharges Shadow Market LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and the venue owners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while on the premises.

3. Behavior & Conduct: Shadow Market LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disorderly, or disruptive to the event's atmosphere.

4. Photography Release: Ticket Holder acknowledges that the event may be photographed or filmed and grants Shadow Market LLC permission to use their likeness in promotional materials.

5. Refund Policy: All sales are final. Passage is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
