Merchant and Entertainers Disclosure

By securing your placement, you acknowledge and agree to the following vendor terms:

  • Final Sale: All vendor space fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
  • Rain or Shine: The Shadow Market will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their setups are prepared for the elements.
  • Artisan Standards: To maintain the curated integrity of the Market, we prioritize handmade and original works. Minimal AI-generated art is permitted, but the core of your offerings should reflect true craftsmanship and the Gothic/Dark aesthetic.
  • Conduct: We maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect. Unprofessional or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund and a permanent ban from the Guild.
  • Operational Directives: Merchants must monitor their email for the essential Merchant Packet, which contains vital instructions for load-in, load-out, and parking.
  • Aesthetic Standards: Your performance is a vital part of the immersive experience. We invite you to arrive in your finest Gothic, High Fantasy, or Horror attire to complete the magic of the assemblage.
  • Age Requirements:  We strictly DO NOT allow any performers under the age of 18.
