By securing your placement, you acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory terms for all food vendors:

Immediate Action Required: You must email your current health certificate and proof of liability insurance to customercare@shadowmarketus.com upon completion of your purchase.

Final Sale: All vendor space fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.

Rain or Shine: The Shadow Market will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Market Conduct: We maintain a strictly curated atmosphere of mutual respect. Unprofessional or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Age Requirement: All vendors must ensure that any staff under the age of 18 are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Operational Directives: Monitor your email closely for your Merchant Packet, which contains vital instructions for load-in, load-out, and parking.
