We look for vendors who go beyond the standard fair food, offering unique flavors and "on-theme" presentations:

• Potions & Brews: Specialty coffee, herbal infusions, and mocktails served with a mysterious flair.

• Savory Shadows: Artisanal bites and mobile kitchens that provide high-quality, unique menus.

Requirements & Compliance

Because the Shadow Market is a traveling event, the ability to host food vendors varies by location. Please note the following:

• Venue Specifics: Each venue we partner with has its own set of rules, infrastructure, and permit requirements. Not all Shadow Market events will be able to offer food vendor spaces.

• Licensing: To be considered for a space, all food vendors must be fully licensed and insured.

• Mandatory Documentation: Upon application or acceptance, you must submit copies of your current health department licenses and operating permits to: customercare@shadowmarketus.com.

Aesthetic Standards

We prioritize food vendors who can integrate their setup into the Shadow Market aesthetic. Whether it’s a vintage-style cart or a truck adorned in gothic decor, your visual presentation is just as important as your menu.
